Ann-Marie has been visiting my husband, who has Alzheimers, for almost a year. It's a delight to see her for 2 hours every week, giving me a precious break and bringing her cheerful personality to brighten my husband's day. She is professional, flexible if needed, and kind, we have a new friend.
Ann first came help look after my now 91 year old mother in 2021 when she was recovering from covid. She was a huge help and very caring. After my mother recovered Ann continued to come 3 times a week as she was too good to let go!!! Always happy to help with anything needed and both kind and professional. I could not recomend Ann highly enough.
Ann-Marie has provided night-care for my 87 year old Mum for 18months. As well as doing many of the shifts herself Ann also has a great team and Ann ensures that night time cover is always available.

After my Father passed away, I was left to care for my mother, who had Alzheimer's and Dementia. Ann joined my small team and was a considerable help looking after Ma. Ann was always ready to step in when required and often went over and above what I expected. As a result, nothing was too much trouble. My mother could be a devil or an angel, and Ann took it in her stride with a smile. Can't rate Ann and Southwater-Homecare highly enough. Ma has since passed away, and I am eternally grateful that Ann, amongst others, was there to help her through a difficult time in life.
